Foundation

I'm running a charity auction/ fundraiser and would love for Dawn Osborne skincare Company to donate. How do I request a donation?

Please contact us and let us know about your charity, auction, or fundraiser! We love to support amazing causes but have a limited number of donations we are able to make each month. 

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We are based in australia  and we do ship internationally! Shipping fees vary by country and we do not pay custom taxes or fees. If you are unable to select your country of residence at check out. Email us at: dawnosborneskincare@gmail.com and we can help you further.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship within 5 business days. Please view the item description as some items may still be in production and will not be shipped until a later date. 

What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office, In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

 

Refunds/Exchange policy

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for ordering from Dawn Osborne l! We want you to love everything! For all returns/exchanges; they must be done within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We want to get this taken care of for you as soon as possible so you can enjoy the products that you ordered from us.  We ask that you please be patient with us as we process your return/exchange. The status of your RMA will be updated as soon as the information is available.  You will also be updated again once the new product has been exchanged and shipped or when your store credit has been issued (dependent on your request).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
